Your fourteen-day withdrawal right
You have the right to withdraw from a service contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period expires fourteen days after the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to Leonardo Santos Jacyntho, trading as The Internet Square, Moosstr. 41, 85356 Freising, Germany; email contact@theinternetsquare.com. You may use the model below but do not have to.
You can also submit your withdrawal online without login. We acknowledge receipt by email and provide a downloadable timestamped receipt. Send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.
What happens after withdrawal
We reimburse payments received under that contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a reimbursement fee.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for service supplied until you informed us, where the statutory conditions apply. Starting the service does not by itself waive your withdrawal right. Statutory warranty and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
Canceling a renewal and withdrawing from a contract are different: canceling future renewal normally keeps your already-paid access until its end date. A withdrawal is reviewed under the applicable consumer rules. An advertising unused-time settlement does not replace any statutory withdrawal right.
